Xerthra BMAC
Bone marrow aspirate concentrate
BMAC concentrates up to 8 times more mesenchymal cells and 4 times more platelets than raw bone marrow aspirate, indicated for advanced osteoarthritis (grades 3 and 4), meniscus regeneration and biological cartilage reconstruction.
Indications

Xerthra separation system
- Autologous procedure
- No risk of immune response or disease transmission. Tissues are stimulated by the patient's own growth factors.
- Low aspirate volume
- Requires 3 draws of 13.5 ml of bone marrow aspirate (40.5 ml total) for the procedure.
- Short centrifugation time
- A fast protocol that preserves sterility and safety.
- Makrolon polymer
- Very low surface energy and low affinity for platelets and leukocytes, ensuring maximum recovery of these factors at the end of the protocol.
