SELECT CRÂNIO SAFE consists of essential access instruments that assist the surgeon in a range of cranial and craniomaxillofacial surgical procedures.

These instruments are used to retract, cut, and wear down hardened bone and tissue, dissect arteries, nerves, and soft tissue, and aspirate blood and other debris in various intracranial, skull base, and facial bone and joint surgical procedures (open or endoscopic).

Because they are disposable, they provide safety and eliminate the risk of hospital cross-contamination.

Indicated for: Cerebral Brachytherapy; Cerebral Abscess Drainage; Cerebrovascular / Aneurysm Surgery; Crouzon Syndrome Surgery; Cranioplasty; Craniosynostosis; Laminectomy; Laminotomy; Intracranial Abscess; Brain Compression; Cranial or Craniofacial Reconstruction; Brain Biopsy - Stereotactic Biopsy; Stereotaxy, Deep Brain Stimulation; Occipital Nerve Stimulation - Headache Treatment; other intracranial, skull base, or craniomaxillofacial procedures.

SELECT CRÂNIO SAFE includes disposable instruments that assist in intracranial, skull base, and craniomaxillofacial surgical procedures (traditional or endoscopic) safely and efficiently.

Consisting of:

- Micro Dissector Hook Tip: used for retraction and cutting;

- Micro Arterial Dissector: used for dissecting arteries, nerves, and muscle tissue;

- Micro Angled Curette Dissector: used for retracting and detaching soft tissue and general retraction;

- Curved Micro Scalpel: used for bone scraping, osteotomy, and bone detachment;

- 3mm Long Suction Cannula: used to aspirate blood and other debris;

- 2mm Short Suction Cannula: used to aspirate blood and other debris.
