Bonesynth Inorganic Bone Substitute – Neomatrix
Bonesynth® is an inorganic bone substitute developed by Neomatrix®, with a high degree of purity and quality to meet the needs of the most demanding professionals.
It consists of a majority phase of hydroxyapatite (HA) and a minority phase of beta-tricalcium phosphate (ß-TCP), widely used in bone grafts.
It has general indications for reconstructing and maintaining anatomical structures, and is recommended for use in the following cases:
Assists in stabilizing implants in general;
Ridge augmentation of the jaw or face;
Guided bone regeneration;
Filling gaps or holes in various types of surgery involving bone structures, promoting local bone growth (OSTEOCONDUCTION);
Forms chemical bonds with bone tissue (BIOACTIVITY);
Allows the proliferation of fibroblasts, osteoblasts, and other bone cells, which do not distinguish between the product and the bone surface, indicating a high surface chemical similarity (BIOCOMPATIBLE);
Dissolution controlled by the body, inducing a balanced reaction;
Maintains graft volume during new bone formation;
Uniformity and integrity of the granules;
Easy to handle and mold in the area to be implanted.
